Automation set
We use automatic cutting bed imported from Japan, sewing hanging line, Tajima embroidery machine and other efficient automation equipment. This kind of equipment for us to reduce labor input, and improve precision and efficiency, reduce losses.

Efficient QC
There are two QC groups in the group,QCA combined QC group B. The staff in the team will take shifts to supervise the production line and carry out random inspection. The goods on the off-line will be transferred to the ironing group first, and will be assigned to QCA after the ironing is completed. QCA members will fully inspect the goods, and remove the defective products for rework; Group A will be transferred to Group B after the inspection, and group B will carry out the second inspection after the inspection of group A, and finally send the needle inspection machine.
